Res Gallery is pleased to be exhibiting Jessica Hilltout's outstanding photographic work, AMEN, which ultimately captures the essence of Africa's passion for the game of football. ~ 05 June 2010 / 31 July 2010

Initiated by the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2010, Hilltout embarked on a nine month journey through Africa in search of images that would express the importance and love for this game in the lives of 'the forgotten', the minority', who live on this great continent.

The end result? Vibrant, awe-inspiring photographs exuding beauty, strength, passion, and sheer joy, not only of this game called Football, but also, of the human spirit.
